Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (goals, preferred pressure, comfort limits, minutes available, budget, city cost tier, treatment, length, venue type, membership status, add-ons, weekend flag, menu price, service charge and tip percent, arrival time, facilities you plan to use, lunch, pregnancy, pregnancy weeks and avoid-heat flags, party size, spa options you type in: names, prices, minutes, hands-on minutes, service charge, facilities, cancellation hours, membership, license confirmation, rating and review count, first-time flag, intake items you choose to mention such as an injury, recent surgery, blood thinners, skin condition, allergies, scent sensitivity or varicose veins, your first name, preferred times, therapist preference, occasion, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). Health-related items are optional, self-reported, used only to compute the checklist or itinerary you asked for, and never stored. We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs (no tool inputs) are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to spas, massage therapists, booking platforms or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, phone numbers and health items are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
